Reviews From our Satisfied Patients

  • "Dr. Jake is awesome! After 5+ years of dealing with persistent upper back and neck issues, he was able to diagnose and set up an excellent treatment plan. And let me tell you, especially those who know this pain, it is worth it!! I can move again, without the pain, and I have all but stopped taking Aleve every single day. This is a big deal!! The staff is super friendly and Dr. Jake makes everyone who walks in feel like they are important; not just another patient. I highly recommend Koziel Family Chiropractic/AlignLife! Thank you so much for helping me achieve a pain free life!! You guys rock!!!"

  • "Finally, a doctor that cares! Dr. Jake has helped my chronic neck and back pain. My neck and shoulders were so screwed up, and I was having migraines 4-5 times a week for months. Since I've been coming to see Dr. Jake my neck pain has greatly subsided, no migraines, and less anxiety and fatigue. I feel all around happier and healthier. Thank you!!"
